Let’s talk rentals for a second.
We all know that when it comes to selling a home, presentation is everything. But what about leasing a property? It’s often overlooked. Rental listings usually show up online completely empty, bare walls, no furniture, and not a whole lot of warmth. That’s exactly what we were working with when The Barba Group was asked to help lease a townhome in beautiful Holmdel, NJ.
The townhome had good bones—great layout, lots of light, and a prime location. But when a space is vacant and unfurnished, it can feel… underwhelming. It was hard for potential tenants to imagine what the space could look like once they moved in. Without furniture, rooms looked smaller, colder, and frankly, a little dated.
So we took a different approach.
I virtually staged the home, room by room, bringing in cozy living spaces, a modern dining setup, and stylish bedroom arrangements. The transformation was incredible. What once looked tired and empty suddenly looked like a home you could see yourself living in. Clean, welcoming, and full of life.
And here’s the part that really matters—it worked. The photos stopped the scroll. We started getting more calls, more showing requests, and more interest right away. Tenants could feel the potential. That’s the magic of helping people visualize a space, whether they’re buying or renting.
Virtual staging isn’t just for sellers—landlords can absolutely benefit too. It helps your rental stand out, attract higher-quality tenants faster, and showcase your property in its best light.
